How long does shipping take?

Because the items are made to order, please allow up to two weeks depending on the item. However, items are usually shipped within one week.

Can outfits be changed to certain colors?

Yes. The outfits are made to your liking. Any request for a color or size alteration can be done.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is your refund policy?

(No Refund, Exchange Only) All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 120 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
